Julie was my agent during my first home purchase. She walked me through each step of the way carefully and made the process far less overwhelming than I had expected it to be. She spoke with me and handled any questions at all times, communicated late in the day, had strong negotiation skills, and acted quickly on any issues that arose, which happened quite a few times on the sellers and home association's end with insurance issues.
